Dr. Maansi Doshi was born and raised in southeast Michigan, where she developed a strong interest in the arts and music, and fostered her deep passion for science. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University, where she was a member of the Honors College and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, as well as honored on the Dean’s List. Dr. Doshi attained her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. Subsequently, she returned to her home state of Michigan to complete her residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Michigan State University center at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. During her training, she served as a clinical instructor of surgery at Michigan State University, and also performed original research on obstructive sleep apnea and pulsatile tinnitus. Dr. Doshi is committed to protecting patient rights and lobbied on Capitol Hill to advocate for healthcare reform in 2009. She also performed at a World Voice Day event to raise awareness for vocal health.

Dr. Doshi is a member of the Guadalupe County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, American Academy of Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and American Osteopathic Association. She also has professional privileges at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.

Her special interests include functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, voice and swallowing disorders, sinus disorders and balloon sinuplasty, pediatric ear, nose and throat problems, thyroid surgery, and snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Doshi has an immense dedication to patient health and well-being. She provides high quality and compassionate care, and goes to great lengths to pay attention to the unique needs of her individual patients. She believes a strong relationship between doctor and patient ultimately allows her to provide the best quality care.

Dr. Doshi resides in Seguin, Texas, with her husband Dr. Mark Mangiapane, a family medicine physician at Guadalupe Family Health. In addition to medicine, she enjoys singing, playing guitar and piano, creating artwork, and enjoying the outdoors.
